Unfortunately, I didn’t get to see the first bit of the convocation but just to be there was inspiring to my future aspirations while I’m here at Xavier. To look at the seniors that actually made through all four years of college and the fact that some of them are now about to move on to graduate school, law school, medical school and so forth, is a great feeling. It keeps me focused on why I’m actually here. Other than that I was really mad because I was late for my drill class and by the time I got there, the class had started. It was okay, I finished my drill. I thought that the band performed well, I loved the music selections they played. The choir was outstanding, it reminded me of when I was in my middle school’s choir. On a more humorous not, I thought it was funny how Dr. Francis pointed out how the people on his right were talking and laughing the whole time.
