Should freshman seminar count? In my opinion, I believe that freshamn seminar should count for something towards your GPA. Many professors already treat the class as though it is an english class, so it might as well be a credit course. Most students don’t take this course seriously because of the simple fact that we aren’t recieving credit. We feel that if we have to take time out of our schedule do the work that is given then the least the board could do is give the students credit for what is being done. Students have to take time out of their day to complete things from freshman seminar when they could be studying or doing more important things. I believe if it was a credited course then poeple would actuall enjoy taking the course instead of just going to the class so that they wont FE the course. This course is basically pointless for us to sit in a class for fifty minutes watsing our time.
